Neo Imagery Technologies, Inc. warrants that the InSightÒ product line will record, store, process and present data falling on or after January 1, 2000 in the manner and with the same functionality, as it records, stores, processes and presents data falling on or before December 31, 1999.

In particular: no value for current date will cause any material interruption in operation; date-based functionality must behave consistently for dates prior to, during and after year 2000; in all interfaces and data storage, the century in any date must be specified either explicitly or by unambiguous algorithms; and year 2000 must be recognized as a leap year, or the equipment must be adjustable for leap year.

Third-party hardware, software or services, including repairs or modifications, is not warranted by Neo Imagery Technologies, Inc. without prior written consent by Neo Imagery Technologies.
